Using SHSquare
By using SHSquare you agree not to use the tools for anything illegal, abusive, or designed to harm others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
Your content
You own what you put into the tools. We host it for you and stop hosting it when you ask us to. We don’t claim any rights over your content.
Payments and refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. We pro-rate refunds for yearly plans within the first 30 days. Monthly plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time.
Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but don’t guarantee it. We’ll notify you in advance of planned maintenance windows where possible.
Liability
We do our best to keep the tools running. We can’t be liable for indirect damages. The full legal version is in our master agreement, available on request.
Changes to these terms
We’ll notify account holders by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the tools after that date constitutes acceptance.
